Oak Street Health Gains After Reporting Q4 Earnings Miss, Revenue Beat -Breaking

Investing.com — Oak Street Health Inc (NYSE:) reported its full-year earnings on Monday, sending its shares up 26.04% despite missing earnings per share estimates.

For the fourth quarter in 2021, unaudited data was reported by the center. The revenue reached $394.1million, exceeding analyst estimates of $386.65m. The per-share loss was 62c, missing analyst projections of a 55 cent loss. 

Revenue for the year was $1.43 Billion, an increase of 62% over last year. 

Mike Pykosz Chief Executive Officer, Oak Street Health stated: “We reported strong quarters with results that were favorable to the high-end of guidance across metrics.” 

He said, “The quarter caps an year in which our journey to transform older adult healthcare has advanced significantly.”

According to the company, it is optimistic about its future growth prospects. The company expects first-quarter revenues to range between $505 million and $510 millions, and full-year revenue between $2.135 and $2.135 trillion.
