Lithuania could ban Russian vessels from its ports

REUTERS/Ints KalninsVILNIUS, Reuters – Lithuania will decide whether it wants to ban Russian ships from its ports after the invasion of Ukraine. This was reported by the BNS news agency on Wednesday.
BNS: “Ships sailing with an aggressor flag won’t have any place in Klaipeda Port,” Marius Skuodis (Lithuanian Transport Minister) said. Skuodis was referring to Lithuania’s principal port.
According to BNS, the ban will affect any ships that sail under Russian flags or have other connections with Russia’s people and companies.
