U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken addresses Rodolfo Solano Quiros from Costa Rica, Erika Mouynes from Panama, and Roberto Alvarez (Dominican Republic), at the State Department in WashingtWASHINGTON, (Reuters) – U.S. Secretary Antony Blinken will visit Brussels, Moldova, and the Baltics to discuss Russia’s invading of Ukraine. The State Department announced Wednesday that this was the case.
It said that Blinken would visit Belgium, Poland and Moldova from March 3-8.
