(Reuters) – U.S. Stock Index futures surged sharply after Russian President Vladimir Putin stated there are certain “positive changes” in Ukraine talks.

6.32 a.m. ET was up 424 points or 1.28%. ET was up 60.75 point or 1.43% and ET was up 223 points or 1.64%.
