U.S. Supreme Court Justice Thomas in hospital for infection

(Reuters) – U.S. Supreme Court Judge Clarence Thomas, who was suffering from flu-like symptoms, was admitted Friday to a Washington hospital. He was later diagnosed with an infection. The statement by the court came Sunday.

According to the statement, Thomas’s symptoms have subsided and he is expected to leave the hospital within a few days.
