Google to pause ads that exploit, dismiss Russia-Ukraine war -Breaking

(Reuters] – Alphabet owned Google (NASDAQ:), announced on Wednesday that all advertisements containing content exploiting, dismissing or condoning the Russia-Ukraine conflict will be paused.

Many social media platforms have already announced restrictions on content related to conflict such as blocking Russian state media RT, and Sputnik in Europe.

The search company announced earlier this month that it has stopped selling online ads to Russia.
