Eviivo has awarded Liberty House the top honour for 2018. It was originally built in 1861 and renovated by Cameron and Noelle Foster in 2018. Eviivo received entries from hundreds of property across the nation for the annual Eviivo awards. The detached, two-bedroom and 1.5-bath townhome offers access to Alexandria’s Old Town.

Rebecca Lombardo stated in a statement that Liberty House was able to provide clear, crisp and detailed images of its interior. It also provided an antique map which showed the location of each property in context. Lombardo is chief marketing officer of TruPlace. TruPlace creates photographs and virtual tours for rentals properties. Adrienne Jordan from New York City was also a judge in Eviivo’s Hottest Property Award.

Judges weighed each entry based on its “originality, novelty and photogenicity.” according to Eviivo’s website. In addition, properties were judged on their attention to detail and comfort.

The Liberty House features include an outdoor space with lounge chairs and string lights, a fireplace with brick in the living area, and the original wood mantel that was installed in 1860. There is also a heated tile floor in the master bathroom.
