ProShares, an exchange-traded fund (ETF) issuer has submitted a registration statement to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission in order to list shares of a Short Strategy eTF.

ProShares is available for Tuesday filings AplicatSEC in collaboration with them to develop an investment vehicle that allows users to wager against BitcoinBTC(exchange-traded) fund. The registration statement states that the Short Bitcoin Strategy ETF is based on the daily return of Chicago Mercantile Exchange Contracts Index.
