Boris Johnson and Rishi Sunak to be fined
Johnson will be subject to a fine by the police because he violated Covid-19 lockdown regulations.

The government announced Tuesday that the U.K.’s Prime Minister Boris Johnson, and Rishi Sunak, Finance Minister will be subject to a fine for violating Covid-19 lockdown regulations.
Johnson and Sunak received “notification today that the Metropolitan Police intended to issue them fixed penalty notices,” said a spokesperson from Downing Street.
The added, “We don’t have further details but will keep you updated when we do.”
The announcement comes after more than 50 penalties were issued by police for the “partygate” investigation.
