The cryptocurrency world has seen a lot of frauds and hacks over the years. Scammers are most likely to target people who only focus on yield and not research when they enter cryptocurrency markets.
Scammers have claimed that there’s a Shiba Inu big event after Robinhood announced support. One Shiba Inu YouTube account launched a live stream with Elon Musk with the title “Shiba Inu: Elon Musk & SHIB holders predict $0.001 per SHIB.”
MILKSHAKE, an important member of Shib Army warned the public about the fake live event. Notably, Shiba Inu emerged as a “ (DOGE) killer.” With DOGE being Elon’s favorite crypto, he was far from endorsing SHIB or any other asset for that matter.

Furthermore, this wasn’t the first time that Elon Musk was dragged into a scammy video without his knowledge. Ex-CEO of Twitter (NYSE.) Jack Dorsey also appeared in the Shiba Inu video scam.
The scam video was already deleted at the time this article was written. YouTube also allowed fraudulent streams to circulate on YouTube, according the Shiba Inu group.
Shiba Inu jumped in the ETH whale-rich category. According to SHIB, SHIB was the fourth most-purchased coin over the past 24-hours by the largest ETH whales.
