(Reuters) – Bombardier (OTC) Inc stated Monday that it had received a notification from French railway manufacturer. Alstom (EPA) SA seeks arbitration before International Chamber of Commerce regarding the sale of rail operations by a business jetmaker.

Alstom claims Bombardier violates certain contract provisions, according to a statement from the business jet manufacturer.

Alstom could not be reached immediately for comment.
