Naomi Judd (Kentucky-born) is dead. She was the mother Wynonna Judd and Ashley Judd. She was 76.

The daughter’s announced her passing on Saturday to The Associated Press in a statement.

“Today, we were all affected by a tragic event. The statement stated that we lost our mother to mental illness. “We feel broken. It is difficult to bear the weight of our grief. However, we know her love was felt by all. “We are still in uncharted territory.” It did not go any further.

On Sunday, the Country Music Hall of Fame inducted The Judds.

Mother-daughter singers scored 14 No. The mother-daughter singers scored 14 No. 1 hits in their nearly 30-year career. They quit country music after rising to prominence in the 1990s, when Naomi Judd was diagnosed with hepatitis.
