Axie Infinity announced the launch of Axie Infinity: Origin for Android through a Twitter post (NYSE:). Three introductory Axies will simultaneously be launched, giving more players the chance to trade, battle and collect their digital pets.

The original game was intended to be played on a PC. However, with the improvements made by Sky Mavis and Axie, Sky Mavis (a blockchain-based development company that specializes in games with player-owned economies), they expect to gain more players and earn more money.

Origin was successfully deployed despite unfavorable market conditions. But, it isn’t yet on Google Play Store. The APK file can be downloaded through this official link.

After months of testing, Axie Origin’s android update features multiple augmentations, such as renewed cards, art, power balances, free-to-play access, clickable avatars to check stats and equipment, and a new battle system that is more engaging.

The game also includes the Blood Moon mode, which will be available after the 15th round. A new mechanism to burn in-game tokens will be included with the game.

Sky Mavis posted Acomprehensive Beginner’s Guide on the occasion of Axie Origin being launched for Android. This guide will help you get started and understand how the game works.

This current version is limited, but Origin’s official global version will soon be available in the coming months. Several bugs are currently being fixed as the game is plagued by performance issues and poor scorekeeping.
