Twitter CEO says two leaders will depart company, hiring paused -Breaking

(Reuters). – Twitter (NYSE): Chief Executive Parag Agwal stated in an email sent to employees Thursday that Parag Agrawal will leave the company’s leadership for its consumer division.

It comes at a time when billionaire entrepreneur Elon Tesla is trying to make a $44billion deal to purchase Twitter. Agrawal stated in an email that Twitter will halt all hiring. He would also review any job opportunities to see if they should be withdrawn.

Kayvon, the Twitter consumer division leader, stated that his departure wasn’t his decision in a Thursday tweet thread.

Beykpour posted, “Parag requested me to leave after letting I know that he wanted to take the team to a different direction,”

Bruce Falck will be leaving Twitter after five years as the revenue product leader. Falck tweeted his appreciation to Twitter’s team and partners on Thursday.
