(Reuters). An 18-year old gunman killed 10 and wound three people at a Buffalo grocery shop before turning himself in to police. The incident was being investigated by the authorities as a hate-crime and act of “racially motivated, violent extremism.”
The suspect in the attack was described as a white man with an assault rifle who appeared to act alone. Officials said that eleven of the thirteen victims were Black and two were White.
