Brazil’s Guedes says govt will reduce payroll taxes -Breaking

REUTERS/Adriano MachadoBRASILIA, Reuters – Brazil’s Economy minister Paulo Guedes stated Monday that the government would reduce payroll taxes. He did not give details nor deadlines. This is a step he has defended ever since assuming office in 2019.
Guedes spoke at an event held by Brazilian supermarket association. He also stated that President Jairbolsonaro will increase social programs, and that he is planning to set up a fund for national reconstruction.
