Major music streaming platform Spotify (NYSE:) is reportedly testing the option of nonfungible tokens (NFTs) galleries on musicians’ profiles. The embedding of NFTs in artist profiles would improve fan and artist experiences if the testing proves to be successful.

The ReportsSpotify announced Friday that it is conducting a testing program for selected users in the United States of its Android app. This group can view NFT previews for artists on their profiles. Currently, there are only two such artists, DJ and producer Steve Aoki and indie rock band The Wombats — both are known for their adoption of NFTs.
