Under Armour CEO Patrik Frisk to step down, interim chief will take over June 1

Patrik Frisk was recently named Chief Executive Officer of Under Armour and spoke at the 2020 Under Armour Human Performance Summit in Baltimore on January 14, 2020.

Under ArmourAs the retailer looks for a successor, Patrik Frisk will become its president and chief operating officer.
The company announced Wednesday that Colin Browne, currently Chief Operating Officer, will be acting as President and CEO in the interim. Frisk, who will remain at Under Armour until Sept. 1, is expected to continue as an advisor.
After hours, the stock dropped nearly 3%. The shares of Under Armour are now down approximately 50% over the past year.
