G7 countries commit $18.4 billion in funds for Ukraine

KOENIGSWINTER (Germany) – According to a draft communique that Reuters saw on Thursday, the Group of Seven industrialized nations (G7) have committed $18.4 Billion in loans and transfers to Ukraine to meet its immediate financial needs.

The draft document stated that the G7 central bankers and finance ministers had mobilized 18.4 billion US Dollars of budget support to Ukraine.

The two met near Bonn in Germany on Thursday and Friday.
