(Reuters] – Tuesday’s statement by the Federal Trade Commission indicated that an inquiry had been launched into the continuing shortage in infant formula in America.

According to the FTC’s website, “The inquiry is designed to gather information regarding the prevalence and nature of any deceptive business practices that are fraudulent or unfair in order for families to take advantage of this situation.”
