Box Inc (NYSE:) reported its Q1 results, with EPS of $0.23 coming in worse than the consensus estimate of $0.25. The consensus estimate was $234.56 Million. This is the fifth consecutive quarter with accelerating revenue growth. Revenue increased 18% over the year to $238.4million.

Year-over-year, the remaining performance obligations increased 16% to $1.0 billion. Billings rose 8% over the year to $172.2million.

According to consensus, Q2/23 earnings per share (EPS) will be $0.27 to $0.28, while revenue is expected to range from $244-246 millions to $244.37 million.

For 2023, the company is expecting EPS to be between $1.11 and $1.15, which compares to the consensus estimate of $1.13. Revenue will likely range from $992-996million, against the consensus estimate of $993.5 million.
