WASHINGTON, (Reuters) – U.S. President Joe Biden is confident in U.S. Food and Drug Administration Commissioner Robert Califf. White House Press Secretary Karine Jean Pierre said Thursday that the FDA was capable of handling the shortage of baby formula and other similar problems.
