People are motivated to be more efficient with their money and less on spending. Long-term financial benefits can be gained by establishing a habit of saving more and spending less. These habits are a good way to build financial stability.

According to the idea, reward yourself. This is an effective tool to motivate you to change your spending habits. Charles Duhigg,The author of “The Power of Habit.”

Duhigg said that many people have difficulty with saving for retirement or college, as well as building an emergency fund.

Duhigg stated that “if you want to save money it is important to come up with a weekly routine in which you reward yourself.” It doesn’t need to be expensive.
