(Reuters) – Speculators have reduced their net long U.S. dollars positions during the week just ended, according to data from Reuters and U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission. The information was released Friday.

As compared to the $19.75 trillion net long the previous week, the weekly value of the Net Long Dollar was $17.65 Billion.

The net position of the U.S. Dollar in aggregate is calculated by Reuters using net positions in the yen (euro), British pound (Swiss franc), and Canadian and Australian dollar.
