(Reuters) – Agriculture equipment maker Deere (NYSE:) & Co said on Tuesday it has named Rajesh Kalathur as its new chief financial officer replacing Ryan Campbell effective immediately.

Kalathur was previously the president of the company.

Campbell will take over as chief executive officer of Deere’s construction forestry, power system segment. John Stone will join Allegion (NYSE) next month to become the security product provider Allegion.

Deere’s quarterly revenue target for Wall Street was not met and the company flagged difficulty in obtaining parts to its heavy machinery.
