Russia further raises ceiling for cross-border transactions for individuals -Breaking

(Reuters) – On Tuesday, the Russian central bank announced that non-residents of “friendly” countries and Russian citizens will have access to foreign currency equivalent to approximately $150,000 per month. This is an increase from $50,000.

According to the bank, all non-residents will still be allowed to send currency overseas up to the amount of their wages.
