France stocks higher at close of trade; CAC 40 up 0.34% -Breaking

Investing.com – France stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.

The index rose 0.3% to a new record high at the Paris close, and the stock market was up 0.3%.

They were the top performers at the session Kering SA (PA) rose by 4.36%, or 29.70 point to close at 711.20. Meanwhile, Alstom SA (PA:), gained 2.78%, or 0.92 point to close at 33.96. WFD Unibail Rodamco NV was up 2.73 or 1.80 to 67.70 late trade.

These were the worst performers of the session. Carrefour SA (PA) fell 2.00%, or 0.32 points, to close at 15.93 Danone The SA (PA) fell 1.80%, or 1.04 points, to finish at 56.60 BNP Paribas SA (PA) fell 1.62%, or 0.99 points, to 60.23

Gaztransport and Technigaz SA, which rose 9.76% at 72.55, Compagnie were the best performers in SBF 120. Plastic Omnium SE (PA :), which rose 4.69% to settle in at 25.44, and TechnipFMC PLC [PA :] which gained 4.51% close to 6.25.

The implied volatility index of CAC 40 options was at a 6-month high, with the remained unchanged at 0% to 18.96.

For December delivery, Gold Futures fell 0.53% to $1856.65 per troy-ounce. Other commodities traded included Crude oil, which rose 0.17 percent to reach $79.92/barrel, and January Brent oil, which rose 0.48 percent to trade at $82.53/barrel.

EUR/USD dropped 0.29 to 1.1335 and EUR/GBP fell 0.33 to 0.8441.

At 95.812 the US Dollar Index Futures rose 0.43%.
