Key Takeaways From Nutrien’s Analyst Day From Mizuho Securities -Breaking
Christopher Parkinson of Mizuho Securities gave company commentary Nutrien Ltd. (NYSE 🙂 at the end of its two-day analyst meeting.
Here are the top four highlights that were shared by the brokerage during the event
(1) Company announced that it will increase its annual production by 18mmt, compared to the current 2022 exit rate (15mmt), and then double again in 2025.
(2) A number of updates have been made to the long-term EBITDA prospects, with a $9.2 Billion mid-cycle scenario.
(3) Buildings with low CO2 and NH3 facility focus – this seems to be the core of ESG targets.
There is ample cashflow flexibility, including after taking into account share buybacks, dividend growth, and other growth strategies.
The brokerage reiterated its Neutral rating and $128 price target on the company’s shares.
